I am completely disgusted in my room.Toenail and hair found in the bathroom and blood in my spare blanket. Apparently they cannot even be bothered to keep such small dorm like rooms clean. I will not be trying any food, drinks or ice in this building based on the cleanliness of the rooms. Also have mention the walls and floors are so old and thin I can hearing my neigherbors from all sides. Front desk staff is the only redeemable quality. Do not let the “boutique” lobby fool you, it’s a run down less than basic SF hotel.

Attentive and helpful staff. Queens room was clean and good working amenities. Large bed was a plus but mattress too soft for my liking

Great location off Union Square but the rooms were small (not sure this is standard for SF but after being to Vegas and a couple of other places in the US, we were surprised by how small the space was). As such, the twin beds shouldn't have a wooden frame that is bigger than the mattress... takes up valuable room space and causes shin bruises. The location of the hotel is great, our room wasn't overlooking a main street so was quiet and the WiFi was decent too. Cleaners did a fantastic job also.

Tiny room with a full size bed, window looks at a brick wall. Only amenity is a small gym. Sink doesn’t drain. No work space or table surface. Booked on a whim and wanted to add an extra night - they tried to charge $500. Insane. Won’t be back, recommend others to stay somewhere else. Location isn’t great - downtown, very dangerous at night. Photo included - wide angle does it justice.

I see that there were some complaints about not having room to set up a laptop or whatever, but for $---/night (without taxes and fees) it was 6/5. The location was fantastic, the staff was attentive whenever I needed them (for wake up calls).
